These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapTask mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by PairApply ("we", "us", or "our"). By using SnapTask, you agree to these Terms.
To use SnapTask, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
SnapTask is designed for household task management. You agree to:

SnapTask allows you to create or join "homes" — shared groups for managing household tasks. When you join a home:
You retain ownership of all content you create within SnapTask, including task descriptions, photos, and other materials. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service.
SnapTask offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies.
SnapTask sends push notifications for task reminders, new tasks, due dates, and leaderboard updates. You can control notification preferences in Settings, including muting all notifications, setting quiet hours, and toggling individual notification types.
We strive to keep SnapTask available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

SnapTask is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You may delete your account at any time through the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of SnapTask after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
