Delete from the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the SnapTask app:

Open SnapTask and go to Profile → Settings
Tap Account
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion in the prompt

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your user profile and authentication credentials
Your gamification stats (points, streaks, achievements, level)
Your push notification tokens
Your membership from all homes
Your in-app notification history

Tasks you created will remain in their respective homes for other members. Profile images stored in Firebase Storage are deleted with your account.

Processing time

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 7 business days.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer access your account, you can request deletion by email:

Send an email to snaptask@pairapply.dk with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your SnapTask account.
