How do I create a home?
Tap the home selector at the top of the main screen and choose "Create or join a home". You can then share the invite code with your household members.
How do I invite someone to my home?
Go to your home's settings and find the invite code. Share this code with the person you want to invite. They can enter it from the home selector.
How do reminders work?
When creating or editing a task, open "More Options" and scroll to "Reminders". You can add absolute reminders (specific date/time), relative reminders (e.g. 1 day before due), or recurring daily reminders.
I'm not receiving notifications. What should I check?
Make sure notifications are enabled for SnapTask in your device settings. In the app, go to Settings → Notifications and verify that "Mute All Notifications" is off and quiet hours aren't blocking your notifications.
What's the difference between free and Pro?
Free accounts have monthly limits on task creation, recurring tasks, and deferred tasks. Pro gives you unlimited tasks, unlimited recurring and deferred tasks, and custom tags. Manage your subscription from Settings → Subscription.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and personal data. For full details, see our account deletion page.
Can I leave a home without deleting my account?
Yes. Go to the home's settings and tap "Leave Home". Your account and membership in other homes will not be affected.
How does the leaderboard work?
Completing tasks earns points based on difficulty. Points are tracked weekly and monthly on the leaderboard within each home. Scores reset automatically — weekly every Monday and monthly on the 1st.
